Charlotte Mason’s methods, like many homeschooling methods, center around a Christian lifestyle and worldview. As Muslims, it’s not hard to adapt these methods to fit our priorities.
Charlotte Mason had a list of things she believed a 6 year old should know, which serves as a great guide for us to shape our Kindergarten, and it’s a great start for our family to adjust her teaching to fit us as Muslims.

Islamic List of Attainments: Age 6
You’ll notice many of these are learned through outside exploration or play. Formal book work was limited for young children. Charlotte Mason says it very plainly:
