Homeschooling Ideas Wrapped in a Big Book PLUS Pampering Mama Giveaway

By Shannen Espelien 51 Comments

iHomeschool Network has done their magic again, and I’m just happy to be a tiny sliver within it! The Big Book of Homeschool Ideas is an invaluable resource from the beginning stages of homeschooling to the very end, with incredible advice and words of wisdom for every stage in between. 55 bloggers contributed to this huge book, covering over 100 homeschooling ideas and topics! Many of these authors are familiar faces (besides my own, of course) from the iHomeschool Network Hangouts, and their fabulous blogs, so you know their advice comes from personal experience.

Have you ever asked yourself these questions?

  • How can I encourage my tweens and teens to be more independent learners?
  • What should a preschooler be doing for school?
  • How can I make geography practical and fun?
  • What can I do to make learning handwriting easier for my children?
  • What are my options for foreign language learning in homeschool?
  • What should I do if my child hates math?

Or wondered how to handle special needs, family dynamics, homeschool stages, or just needed new homeschooling ideas? I bet you’ll find a chapter to answer your question!

I am most excited about the rose essential oil. Learning to live on one income has been a challenge, however, I am finding that making my own soaps and lotions has been a great learning experience for myself and my two sons. Thank you so much for this opportunity!
